I was born and raised the youngest of 5 in Berkeley, CA – and yeah, it was just as hippy as you might think. By the time I was 16 I had a meditation practice going, was doing energy medicine sessions on my mom, and spent most of my free time making art.
I’m a certified energy medicine practitioner, intuitive, and coach. For the past 15 years I’ve been serving my global community as an energy healer and intuitive reader.
In my coaching practice I help women turn their challenging breakups into personal breakthroughs. My methodology combines ritual, breath, and sacred feminine practices supported by guided visualization and intuitive readings to heal the heart on an energetic, physical, and spiritual level.
Growing up I had a birds eye view of the women in my life, my mom, my two sisters (both about a decade older than me) & their friends, navigate the ups and downs of their romantic lives. I was really frustrated with all the disempowered messages, expectations, and cultural anxieties they faced around love. I wondered if there was another way to approach this whole romance thing, a way to shift the paradigm. Easier said than done right?
After recovering from losing myself in love I knew I wanted to help other women do the same.
In 2018 I sold all my stuff and moved from Berkeley to Lisbon, Portugal with my then boyfriend, now husband. Along the way I cured my burn out, fell in love, tackled entrepreneurship in a foreign country, planned destination wedding…during a pandemic…and learned how to find friendship and build community while barley speaking the language. Now, my husband and I have started a new chapter on the road, with soon to be baby in tow!
